Sleigh Copywriting SARL provides bespoke professional copywriting services delivered digitally. This policy describes when refunds or partial refunds are available.
Copywriting projects are custom deliverables. Under French consumer law (Code de la consommation Art. L221-28), the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom services where performance has begun with the client's explicit consent, which is given at checkout.
If you cancel before we have sent an order confirmation and assigned a writer, we issue a full refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Contact hello@sleighcopywriting.com with your order reference.
Once a writer has been assigned and work has started, cancellation results in a partial refund based on work completed. Typically: 80% if less than 20% complete; 50% if approximately 50% complete; no refund if a first draft has been delivered.
If the delivered copy contains errors relative to the agreed brief, contact us within 14 days. We provide corrections within included revision rounds at no charge. Where errors are confirmed and significant, we may offer additional corrections or a partial refund. Refunds are not available for style preferences not communicated before project start.
